چکیده
We study the spreading of quantum correlations and information in a one-dimensional spin chain with critical disorder encoded an infinite randomness fixed point. Specifically, we focus on dynamics after quench R\'enyi entropies, mutual information, entanglement negativity prototypical XXZ random bonds anisotropy parameters. provide analytic predictions scaling regime based real-space renormalization-group methods. support these findings through numerical simulations noninteracting limit, where can access regime.

Random Spin-1 Quantum Chains
We study disordered spin-1 quantum chains with random exchange and biquadratic interactions using a real space renormalization group approach. We find that the dimerized phase of the pure biquadratic model is unstable and gives rise to a random singlet phase in the presence of weak disorder. In the Haldane region of the phase diagram we obtain a quite different behavior.

We consider random transverse-field Ising spin chains and study the magnetization and the energydensity profiles by numerically exact calculations in rather large finite systems (L # 128). Using different boundary conditions (free, fixed, and mixed) the numerical data collapse to scaling functions, which are very accurately described by simple analytic expressions. The average magnetization pro...
متن کاملRandom bonds and topological stability in gapped quantum spin chains.
We study the effects of random bonds on spin chains that have an excitation gap in the absence of randomness. The dimerized spin-1/2 chain is our principal example. Using an asymptotically exact real space decimation renormalization group procedure, we find that dimerization is a relevant perturbation at the random singlet fixed point. For weak dimerization, the dimerized chain is in a Griffith...
متن کاملRobust quantum state transfer in random unpolarized spin chains.
We propose and analyze a new approach for quantum state transfer between remote spin qubits. Specifically, we demonstrate that coherent quantum coupling between remote qubits can be achieved via certain classes of random, unpolarized (infinite temperature) spin chains. Our method is robust to coupling-strength disorder and does not require manipulation or control over individual spins. In princ...

We compute the entropy of entanglement in the ground states of a general class of quantum spin-chain Hamiltonians — those that are related to quadratic forms of Fermi operators — between the first N spins and the rest of the system in the limit of infinite total chain length. We show that the entropy can be expressed in terms of averages over the classical compact groups and establish an explic...
